Considering that western nations have been pouring gajillions of $$$ into that hellhole for decades with no measurable improvement I'm going to guess it is corruption, incompetence, and a lack of any respect for fellow human life.

Here we go! I dont agree with the blacks should be thanking America part but now should BLM be looking for a handout from the rest of the world? England, frace , spain etc...because they all had a hand in slavery in africa. The point being BLM looks really bad having to go back hundreds of years for a handout. How about focusing on the Now in crime infested minority communities and the Killing of black lives by other blacks. I thought this was suppose to be about Police type stuff but now we going back to slavery like 150 years ago
