I did mine for about $3500
Demo $500(I did myself)
Freestanding claw-foot with tub mount shower-package $1500(worth it, Vintagetub.com...you can still do another shower if you want)
floor tile= $500(Bath cost part of kitchen+bath Install)
pedestal sink =$150
Toilet=$150
Install Bath+sink+toilet=$700(re-pipe drain)
Walls=$13 for 4 lnft= ~$400
Paint=$60
Molding=$60
Quoted :$2500 for shower build and tiling.....$700-$1200 for frameless shower door....so the "shower" will cost you $4 grand regardless
