Mighty Mighty Bosstones at 5 Points Music Hall in Birmingham right before they blew up for the short period of time that they did. One of the funnest times I have had at a show.
Beth Hart at 5 Points Music Hall as well right after her second album, Singing for My Supper, came out. Wasn't really familiar with her and went and was blown away. One of the best voices in music history.
Chevelle, Sevendust, and 10 Years opening up for Shinedown in 2010. All 3 bands were better than Shinedown. I walked out about 10 minutes into Shinedown. Saw something during the Chevelle part of the show I have never seen happen live before; the bass player snapped his E string.
