That is only in the case of no lineup posted. There is nothing in the rules in this instance. However, I would be all for adding this rule for next season.
With the Boxing Day and New Year's games all in quick succession in the Premier League, I will be posting the transfer windows in advance. There will be no window between weeks 19-20. You will be able to find this information in the OP by week's end.
Also, I will need to post in The Championship league thread about starting the long overdue FA Cup. Luckily, it will only require like five normal game weeks to pull it off.
