Code III: No redhibition question; Question 2 with those fricked up hypos, especially the one about sacks of flour. Code III examiner is a dick.
Torts: Question 1 had 5 subparts, 4/5 of those subparts were fricking negligence analyses; I believe question 3 had another negligence analysis. What is the point of testing negligence 5-6 times in one exam? Torts examiner is a fricking retard.
BE/NI: >50% was negotiable instruments. NI is such a worthless subject to know. Even in the Barbri books every other model answer starts out with something like "The examiner obviously doesn't know the law" / "This question doesn't make sense" / "This question is impossible to answer"
With the LBCA (I believe this was the 2nd exam that LBCA was testable) only having something like 7 points dedicated to LBCA. The BE/NI examiner needs to be replaced with someone competent.
Also, I've never understood why they give us an extra 30 minutes for Crim. where that extra time would be much more useful on something else like torts, code II, or code III. Crim. is by far the easiest / quickest exam to finish.
Also, that woman reading the instructions before every exam: "Write your fictitious first name....................Write your fictitious last name................................................................Write your exam number...........................................................................Turn the test over.......................
