Want to see eyepopping numbers? Look at the difference in property taxes between those two houses.
The drop in quality of life was the biggest thing I noticed when I moved to NY.
Eta- nevermind- you posted it.
Eta2- if you retire in NY, especially Westchester area, you're either:
1)Stupid rich
