I don't understand what I'm reading. Someone else knew about this?

Eta if my math is correct he's been at it since his 1993 release?!

Was this therapist part of the parole hearing?

My wife is a basically a therapist and from what I understand everything stays confidential unless there is a direct threat of violence or harm towards a person or themselves. I may be wrong.
