About the same price as the base model 27" 5k iMac. But if your point is that for basically the same price you can get a full computer, and that is more "bang for the buck"... that's not quite right, IMO. I mean, it's obviously true upon purchase, but you can't reuse the iMac display the next time you upgrade your computer. That display is tied to that hardware. It has no utility. Once the hardware in that iMac is outdated, so is the display, whereas a standalone display can be used indefinitely.
So just how much bang are you getting?
