As others have stated, it depends on how the losses occur. However, based on what we have returning compared to everyone else in the conference, 9-3 would be a major disappointment.

Harris will have to be better, but he still has the best combination of experience and talent of any qb we will face outside of Chad Kelly. If he can't get it done this year with the caliber of wr's and the best rb in college football, then that will be a huge indictment against him and our offensive staff.

We have hired what many consider to be the best young defensive mind in college football. The statistics of his recent defenses have been amazing. He comes to a defense returning multiple starters and getting another infusion of young talent. I think you would be hard pressed to find a defense in the sec with a better combination of talent and experience.

Finally, we have a special, generational type talent entering his final season. This is the type of season that he he said he chose our school for. We will be expected to capatilize.

I'm not saying we will run the table, but there are legitimate reasons for the expectations. 9-3 would be a huge disappointment that would probably lead to a mass exodus of players and a new coaching staff.
