Breast augmentation is simply a way that women address self-esteem issues. They are seeking validation through attention from men. They get their rack adjusted, get the attention, then decide that they like the attention and that being married has held them back somehow.

It is so typical, there should be a flow chart on it somewhere.

There are other issues that may derive from low self-esteem...but that is typically already there in the women who are considering breast augmentation...so the augmentation (and additional issues, see article) along with infidelity and divorce are the effects of the self-esteem issues...rather than the cause.

That would mean that if the woman is in a mental state where cutting her body to make herself more attractive looks like a good idea, the marriage is probably already doomed...whether she gets the rack done or not.
