I - Darth Maul, Duel of the Fates (music)
II - Jango, Padme's jumpsuit, Artoo's jets
III - Opening space battle, Battle of the Heroes (music), Order 66 (Scene still chokes me up)

I - Darth maul, obviously. The DM/QJ duel. I really liked the "always a bigger fish" part near the beginning when they are travelling through the planet or whatever.
II - Um...I'll say the Dooku/Yoda lightsaber fight. Also I kinda dug the ocean planet. And good call on Padme's clothing...she was looking pretty fiya.
III - I thought Anakin's turn to the dark side was decently done. Also liked the volcano planet.
