There is a whole lot more to this than is in this story. The "cousin" is from a family disaster. Her and her mother are certifiable. She is still a vindictive ex in her own divorce. The biggest group of F'ups I have ever seen. I'm sure she had something to do with encouraging the wife to do this crap.
Secondly, if you are not living together. Both live in separate houses, what gives you the right to just walk in on someone. If you are "worried", you call the police and ask for a wellness check. She could have very easily gotten shot.
I think the daughter leaving the door open scenario is a very plausible theory. Jordy didn't walk in on her when she was with her new Dr fella.
This will get more interesting I'm sure.
Jordy has been cheating on her for some time. Whitney Van was one of them. The wife was right in seeking a divorce. But, she was very wrong in just walking in. They are legally separated and this is NOT her primary residence. She should stay away from cuz and don't let her influence her into doing something

Not the smartest move by the estranged during the midst of a divorce. Those charges could result in Jordy's employment options drying up and a smaller settlement or support payment.

I agree. If that's her story and not his it sounds like she was snooping and then her and her cousin or whatever elevated that to straight up intrusion. Lucky one of them didn't get shot.

This story seems ripe full of shite.. The door was magically left open my arse.. Sounds like he threw her out of the house with force. Shouldnt have done that but hardly domestic abuse..
Yes its domestic abuse, not that I agree but it is. I was dating this crazy chick after my divorce and one day she drops by unexpectedly. She starts knocking shite around in MY HOUSE. So I pick her up and put her out like Fred did to the big cat during the opening of the Flintstones. I lock the door so then she kicks it in. So while I'm holding it closed from the inside and telling her I'm gonna call the police she proceeds to break the glass in my door cutting her hand. So then I CALL THE POLICE. When they arrive she is outside still ranting with her hand cut. They come in guns drawn on me, take me outside and have me kneel in my front yard and cuff me with all my neighbors watching. We both go to jail and it was a bitch. Had to go to all those domestic violence classes and shite. When all I was doing was trying to prevent this bitch from destroying the inside of my house. I don't get it.
