I just got an "Optics Ready" Anderson AR for my first AR purchase. I will only be shooting it recreationally a couple times a year similar to the OP. Since I don't even have sights on it, i have been looking at red dots. Entry level budget in mind, which of the following would you all recommend?
Vortex Sparc II
Vortex StrikeFire 2
Primary Arms Advanced Micro Dot
Bushnell TRS 25
Or should i just get some magpul MBUS sights and worry about a red dot later? TIA

My opinion is to get the Magpul BUIS and save up for a high quality red dot to put on the sweet arse AR15 that you'll undoubtedly build down the road.
But that's just me.
