Luhnow won't make a deal for Beltran, unless it's a tweener prospect or one who is blocked and surplus.
He was groomed under a system where you trade assets for guys who have a few years on contract and help now and next year. Not piss away assets for rentals.
I would be shocked if they gave up more than a C prospect for a Beltran.
