I don't even remember reading that and by using google and typing in "Yankees ask for Baez and Schwarber" I get

So, in other words, it was probably never mentioned just something someone brought up to stir up the pot. However, I would hope the Yankees do ask for both because you have to shoot for the moon.

I think these are two of the best relief pitchers on the market and both are proven and effective. Schwarber has no position for the Cubs, the OF is set and he is a defensive liability. He would make a great DH/OF for the Yankees.
