The Rooney Rule is asinine and I've said so myself.

I'm saying the metrics uses to determine which CB sees the field are significantly less prone to subjectivity than which coach you hire for a particular job.

I don't believe qualified black coaches are getting passed up because of their race, but I think their social choices and the social choices of those who make the decisions don't often commingle. I'm not even sure there is a problem that needs to be fixed, it is just human nature.

I don't disagree with that either. I do think it's existence is a fair point when talking about the white minority in the league though.
