Why because you think there are black coaches being overlooked because of their race?
It's either that or it's they're not as many qualified to be head coach

No I don't believe it is explicitly because of their race. I think it has much more to do with who is making the decisions at that level and the social circles that person frequents. The hiring of coaches is often very, very subjective. We see coaches get retread time and time again. Getting your foot in that door has little to do with race.
