It becomes a liability to have them back on-site until the details are clear. I'm not saying you're shady but there are several shady people/contractors in the world. Lot's of people looking to make a quick pay-day or just cause more trouble for the owner to get payback. It's just an all around sensitive situation.

why the no action on the kent employee when presented with direct evidence of wrong doing? This guy Tiger was creating a hostile work environment. I personally had my trucks vandalized twice while working out there and it was because of the shite Tiger was pulling.
