I try to do all of my interviews for hires over a meal, so i get a free meal.
Having done this probably 10-15 times in the last year. Don't get anything messy. Dress nice. Arrive on time.
And its a normal interview.
Also, eat your meal even if it sucks.

Also, sometimes during meal interviews the interviewer will have the server "mess up" your food just to see how you react.
Eat it anyway.
