Be as polished as you can...

If dining out isn't second nature to you, find a decent business etiquette guide and do some reading. Follow the lead of your host in ordering...if he orders the giant omelet w/extra bacon, don't get just a fruit cup. If he orders a fruit plate, don't go for the big greasy fry-up.


I'd also add be as nice and polite to the waitstaff as humanly possible. Your interviewer will definitely notice how you treat other people.
