re: What can honestly be done to fix New Orleans in terms of crime & mismanagement?

There should probably be a clean sweep of anyone holding any power in New Orleans (and maybe even Louisiana as a whole). Not sure how true it is, but my real estate professor a few years ago who is very successful with his own business said you still have to slip judges in New Orleans a few bills to get anything done.
