Idk why they gave you a thumbs down.
I loved him as a child, but he couldn't cook worth a damn. All of his recipes turn out some very mediocre cajun dishes.
As for Alton Brown, he is the best TV chef. He has about 10 episodes of good eats where he makes zero damned sense (the crawfish episode comes to mind) but by and large he at lwast points you in the right direction.
