It's an older Native American woman that sells handmade jewelry. We went to her shop while on vacation in the Grand Canyon and bought a few things. My girlfriend kept eyeing the necklace, but I told her we'd run into a few more shops while on vacation and not to go crazy at one place.

I slyly snagged the woman's card with her eBay shop link. I certainly don't want to hassle with this old woman who makes these gifts by hand. She shipped it First Class USPS, I checked the tracking spots, and it shows delivered.

I'm sure some frickstick stole it or they just lost it in delivery.
