Why would they need an education if they don't intend on ever holding a job? A job is not needed, so why would they want one? An education is needed for a job, but if one doesn't need a job, why would they need education?
Explain why education is valuable to someone who lives exclusively off of the government. It's simple, it's not. It's just daycare for people who don't want to be there.

their past has shaped who they now are. part of why they are what they are is dating back to their lack of education due to their lack of parents having their lack of education. Its all cyclical. Yes parents now don't give a shite bout their kids education,... but what's caused that?
