Terrence Jones was 561 out of 562 players in the NBA last year in real plus minus. He is horrible.

Wrong. It's zero reward and high risk that we'll put him on the court instead of somebody who's not a bottom 3 defender in the league and all around garbage player. People are already starting to make the Ryno fallacy. "well defense isn't his strength, but his offense makes him a great contributor." His defense isn't below average. Its abysmal. He bleeds buckets and has no chance of making up for it on the other end of the court.
