How are you not getting this. It's illegal, and for a damn good reason. You said it wasn't illegal in any way shape or form and you were "dead wrong". I said in my second post in this they could be doing it where it's legal and they're still being irresponsible assholes. You're the one getting all butthurt because your friend got fired.
