re: Help disputing a bill

I had something similar to that happen to me. Insurance paid only part of the bill because it was coded wrong by the doctor. The insurance company told the doctors office and billing company (run out of some crotchety arse woman's house) to resubmit under a certain code and the entire bill would be paid. The dumbfricks at the doctors office or billing co. resubmitted the same thing and have done so for three years every six months or so. The insurance keeps telling them to resubmit under another code and the entire thing will be paid.

Last time the billing company sent me a letter threatening to send me to collections. I told them I would never pay it because they are too stupid to get my money.
