Thanks for this... I am Diamond Medallion with Delta - I fly a lot of international trips to the Middle East and Asia. Have been considering changing to AA, because they have some shorter routes and partner carriers for me in/out of Austin. But recently I had a pretty negative experience with them and AA's customer service was simply, "well, that's just your bad luck, isn't it?" I'm writing Mr. Bentel an email right now.
