Thanks, Coater! I want to use that recipe soon.
I went with BlackenedOut's suggestion and braised it in salsa verde but ended up with a bit too much liquid at the end. I also forgot both limes AND cilantro for the cilantro lime rice. 
I improvised by making rice with chicken bouillon, garlic, onion, and jalapeno. It was okay rice. The meat tasted really good, though. I'll post pics next time, assuming I don't repeat my mistakes.
