Same here. And I think Bay Leaf and Curry & Kabob do a fine job with all three.

Now I'll admit to have never eaten in an Indian friend's home, or really haven't eaten much Indian food outside the state, but BL and CK serve tasty food, and I do know food that tastes good. Hardly the nasty slop portrayed by some in this thread.

I've never had Indian food in an Indian home, but I've seen jambalaya bastardized all over the country even if everyone there agrees it tastes good so I wouldn't be surprised if the Indian food in BR is bastardized even though we think it is good.
