Ah well I guess my argument doesnt stand. I dont get this line of thinking though. Plenty of restaurants do better versions than mom and pop at home because theyre professional chefs.

I get where youre coming from. Would it be wrong to call cajun food in some random place in Ohio garbage(if its a shitty version of it)?
