It certainly changes the barricaded perp's options. Come out or die. I am not a huge supporter of current police tactics, but they had negotiated with this dude for hours, only to have him open fire on them after. He wasn't coming out alive one way or another- the question was how many bodies were going out with him.

Situations like this? I'm completely cool with it. I just wish the cops would have slapped a GoPro on it so I could see that motherfricker's face when he realized what was about to happen.

After killing multiple police officers then being in a shoot out with other officers for over 2 hours... I see no problem whatsoever with using a big fu** you bomb on his punk arse.
