I don't know if this has been discussed or not but want to ask and get some opinions.
Would it be ok in the public view if these officers that work these protest started to wear some Kevlar or maybe had a long gun or two? Or would that look too bad?

With all the black extremists being interviewed in the media, its refreshing to hear an african american speak rationally on this divide. It's refreshing to hear that he didnt challenge the cop when they asked about his rifle. He just gave it over to them. And then asked what could they do to help. Yes, this is what he is supposed to do! It is what more people need to understand. You dont need to be combative to get your point across.
Everyone is hung up on the bad but we need more of this.
It's stupid to be hung up on his 2nd amendment right to legally carry a gun. Or get caught up in what he was wearing. None of that matters unless you are just looking for things to attack, which is obvious.
