Well, we are not really dropping a lot of money. I used a lot of points for hotel, rental car, and flight. It's not costing us much at all.
However, we went to Europe for 2 weeks on vacation.... that wasn't exactly a cheap trip. (We are not OT rich) But I told her we could do Green Bay if I use all my points..... just don't feel like dropping $650 on tickets.

Show up at Lambeau with $400 cash. I promise you someone will be looking to unload tickets at the gate. I've done this for sporting events, concerts, entertainment events, and even events where it was a premier and tickets weren't even sold to the gen pop, only given to businesses, groups, etc... and I have literally ALWAYS managed to find tickets for a good price, most of the time below face value. I wouldn't sweat it.
