Aminu came to the Pels when he was 21. He shot 36% from 3 this year at age 25, his first time breaking the 30% barrier. Ariza didn't start shooting the 3 "good enough" (33%) until he was 25. Hill is just 24 and already has a career average of 32% from 3. I'm not saying he's guaranteed to become a decent 3 point shooter next season, but we've seen a lot of D only wings follow this development arc to being 3 and D wings.
