It's confusing because Seacrest is sort of in two places on 30A because of how things developed. If I'm not mistaken there are a lot of smaller places for rent (1BRs and Studios) in that general vicinity.

Honestly, I'd stay anywhere from Inlet Beach to Grayton and generally have done so. For nostalgic reasons I still like Seagrove, although from there down to Rosemary is all part of the same thing for me. Seacrest and Seagrove likely have the most beachfront options. The only place I haven't stayed is in Seaside proper, but I'm abnormal in that I hate Seaside.

I'd expect the high rises in Seagrove, given their age, are probably a little cheaper than most other beachfront options. They may also be better about minimums.
