Also check out the village of South Walton. It's basically in Rosemary beach and has multiple restaurants and bars on the property and is a block walk to all of the Rosemary beach restaurants. Also has golf carts that bring you to the private Boardwalk. Plus, if you don't mind a 5 minute walk down the beach you can practically have it all to yourself. It was less than a hundred a night for my wife and I and had everything we needed. I highly recommend it for a quick couples getaway.

That might be the place I was thinking of. Thought it was Seacrest, but pretty sure it's Village of South Walton. I know there is a small market and Mexican restaurant in the place...and some small booths on an open lawn.
