So nobody's wife throws shite at them? Nobody's wife has attacked them? Nobody's wife has had the police called on them?

My husband would divorce me if I tried pulling that shite with him.

You are in danger. Maybe not physical, for your life danger, but definitely in legal danger.

All it takes is one complaint where you are alleged to be an aggressor to be in danger of being a violent spouse (wife beater). Then she can force you out of the house. She can get any divorce settlement she wants, whatever.

You aren't safe. Even if you are the one who calls the police there are laws on the books for some states that will require the police to make an arrest if there is a domestic complaint. The person they arrest will be judged in light of who is larger and could be capable of committing violence - meaning the man.

If you are a man you can not be in a real relationship with a vengeful or violent woman. The law will not be applied equally and you risk too much.

More importantly, when an abused man called the police, the police were more likely to arrest him than to arrest his abusive female partner. The men who called the police were arrested in 26% of cases, whereas their abusive partners were arrested in only 17%

That is what you get for marrying a Latina. Personally, I enjoy a little bit of crazy. As long as there are no knives or guns in the house.

No, and if she ever did she would be living by herself. You have to put up with a lot of stuff in a marriage but that type of shite isn't one of them.

My ex wife was crazy and severely depressed. It wasn't her fault that she was either, but she refused to get help and that was her fault. She would yell at me for no reason at all. Tried to hit me on numerous occasions and I would just grab her and hold her till she settled down. The day she picked up the knife in the kitchen with that certain look in her eyes I was done.
