Jesus. This is exactly like something a teacher would do to stump students on a test. Post picture of only bark from up close, with photos of leaves from tiny vines growing on the tree.
From the second photo I'd say it's either a water oak or a willow oak. It's not a maple, sugarbeery, cow oak, or anything else mentioned this far. Good pictures would definitely help.
Edit. Never mind. Kinda drunk here. I don't know what it is. take some better pics and post before 8pm and I can help maybe.
