2 days ago I had a concrete modad treatment plant put in place of my 40 year old metal septic tank. I don't know how old yours is, but the old one I have would've never come out the ground in one piece without some serious excavator work. The guy just put the new tank next to the old one, pumped the shite from the old to the new, and filed in the old. I guess he could've got it out the ground in small pieces as it was rusted to hell and full of holes. You may be cheaper posing the fines, unless you have a buddy with a backhoe that works for beer.
