One of the things about this episode that particularly rubbed me the wrong way was the very end of it. They set his bed on fire and are making throat slitting gestures? It was just a bit, no way too far out there for a show which has sort of built it's foundation on realism.

It was a little dumb. I mean was there a guy or guys staying up all night waiting on him to go to the bathroom so they could do that?
