I think you guys are confusing mind with education level. This guy most likely has the education level of a 12 year old. And when taking tests, or trying to have an intelligent discussion, he is like a 6 year old. But trust me, he has the mind of an adult. He knows right from wrong. He knows how to steal shite. He knows how to hide from cops. He knows how to brutally murder. He knows how to sling dope. He has the complete mind of an adult.

He's just evil and DGAF. Don't try to make excuses about some kind of infant mind set. He has the intelligence of an infant because he DGAF about school, and DGAF about math or English. But he has the mind of a 19 year old thug murderer, through and through. And it's his own fault.
