I've already listened to Sonata for guitar, violin and strings by Italian composer Giovanni Battista Granata and heard that argument before.

Stairway to Heaven sounds much more similar to Taurus than Taurus does to Sonata for guitar, violin and strings.

I was a fan of Spirit back in 1968 after I heard their first album and then heard them at the First Atlanta Pop Festival in 1969. When I first heard Spirit play Taurus then I heard Led Zeppelin play Stairway to Heaven I thought Led Zeppelin ripped off Taurus from Spirit.

I still do but the Court has ruled so as the Beatles would say, "Let it Be".
