People need to realize those rates are flexible depending on the time of year as well.
We own DVC. Can't stay at Disney any other way. Space. Cooking/eating in the room. Laundry. Proximity to park gates. Space. Will be at Bay Lake and Grand Floridian in November. 2 bedroom lake view at BL and standard view at GF.
My son will be turning 3 and being able to get to half the parks without the need of a stroller alone has me excited.

I have never rented points but I am definitely planning on it the next time we go. Probably 2018.

Those rates I posted are for Mardi Gras week next year....Davids vs Disney. It would be arriving the Saturday before Mardi Gras and leaving the Saturday after but yes....those rates will fluctuate based on demand.
