If you want a sit down, nicer place with her I'd tell you to go to Social Southern Table & Bar. Can get in an out for two with great drinks/beer for $50-60.
If looking for something to eat a little cheaper, convenient and quick, Pops Poboys.
Pops is currently killing the game in Lafayette.
