Disney was built in the middle of the swamp. There are probably over 1 million gators in Florida.
If there is swamp, marsh, water, they will find their way to it.
It is just that simple.
You kill 5 gators and remove them and 5 more will take over that territory.
The gators will come unless you eradicate all wildlife in the area that might be a food source for them. That is not feasible.
