I just had mine redone at my house and it was i guess 9 years because the house was built in 07 and I bought it in 09, but I do believe it was retreated as part of the house closing. so it could be more along 7 years. I paid a total was 526 for the termindor treatment which is now good for 15 years according to the pest control company. I think the annual premium is like 180.

This is what everyone in South LA should be doing. Termite repair keeps me busy when I'm not building.
