re: dead animals and guns on airplanes

I flew back from canada last year with a nice speckled belly i wanted to mount. Froze the bird the night before the flight, and carried it on the plane in a soft ice chest with some ice packs. No issues whatsoever. Id reccommend carrying it on instead of checking. If they lose your luggage, the ice could melt and that bird could spoil by the time they get it to you. That is if it ever gets to you.
