I am the stepson mentioned by the OP and I am with them in Orlando and the money is being raised strictly for his medical bills rehabilitation and physical therapy. Any left over money will be used for his daughter. Things are difficult right now and there are a lot of unknowns. We have as many questions about the situation as everyone else outside of the loop does.

My advice is stay away from the OT for now so you can give all your attention to Leonel and the family that's there with him. Too many trolls that would love to get under your skin and distract you from what's important.
