I believe the word you're looking for is "rustic".
It's going to be in the low to mid 60's here all week. Mid to upper 70's by the weekend, and nothing but mid 70's to low 80's for the next few weeks. Summer time in the PNW is beautiful.
This weekend, we are going to drag my kids (against their will) up to Mt. Hood. It's supposed to snow up there over the next couple of days, so it should be beautiful this weekend. Since it will be Father's Day, I will be choosing the lunch spot, and I think pFriem Family Brewery will be the spot... Right on the Columbia River Gorge.
pFriem is just west of the Hood River Bridge.
